Confession. Hands down my all time favorite vehicle is an old Chevy pick up truck. However, I have never had the honor of driving, or even being in, one.
That was until today.
Imagine my surprise when pulling up to a friend's house and I see the beauty. Oh what joy!
Upon entering the house I said, "I know you want me to drive your truck." The answer, "Of course."
It was better than I dreamed.

Firecracker.

Plans.
They change. Simple as that. Plans are just plans. In other words, what one is working to make happen. But the unexpected always rears its head.
A change in the excepted is not bad, but many times it’s frustrating, well, because things are not going the way I wanted, thought, or hoped.
But the change of plan could be just what God has in line...His way of working, of urging me to trust HIM, and showing me that He has it, even when, especially when, I do not understand or know what is happening. He wants a deeper relationship with me and moves in ways to show me what He has. Is it easy? Of course not. Admitting that I do not know is never easy. But it IS simple. Trusting that He has it, that He knows and being at peace with that and not allowing it to make me light up like a firecracker.
